We generally have space in our buildings, please complete the enquiry form for the relevant building and you will receive direct correspondence
Sharing is allowed (max 2 pax per unit) however one person needs to be responsible for the lease and needs to apply on their own

The deposit is an additional one month’s rental prior to moving in.
Once months notice, is required. Tenants are required to email the building manager for their specific building. If you cancel before the lease period there will be a penalty.
No, our apartments are not furnished. There is a kitchenette, toilet and shower but it is dependent on the building.

If a student is on a bursary, we accept payment in advance
  1. Net salary/income has to be at least 3 times more that the monthly rent liability.
  2. The credit payment history has to be in good standing.
  3. The credit score needs to be positive.
  4. Should be in good standing with your previous landlords.B12
Bring when viewing – ID, latest payslip, 3 months bank statements
Their ID copy + yours, their latest payslip plus their 3 mo bank statements
