VIEWING & APARTMENT INFORMATION:
No appointments needed, you are welcome to come in and view our show units. We are open, Monday to Friday between 9am -5pm. Not every building is open on a Saturday but keep checking our social media page for updates.
Call the building and make an arrangement with one of the building managers. When you get to the building, you can ask security to call them if no one is at reception.
No, our apartments are not furnished. Our units include a built-in kitchenette with a cupboard in the bedroom and a shower and a toilet in the bathroom.
We don’t have stoves in our apartments.
Only our Bryanston building provides a stove in the unit.
We use a specialised dry walling with insulation in-between to prevent as far as possible, the sound from traveling.

Only specific buildings have units with a balcony or patio.
No, we don’t allow pets at any of our buildings.
Yes, our buildings are situated near main transport hubs, like taxi ranks and Gautrain bus routes.
Yes, we do allow kids and many of our building have a play area.
The only building that has a crèche is Randburg, 32 Hill Street. The cost is R400 a month.
Should you lose your key, the building managers will charge a R100 to get a new key.
We have visitor parking at all our buildings.
Our curfew is centred around noise levels at every building after 10pm, we request that tenants respect other tenants with regards to noise levels in every building especially in common areas.
We have QR codes around each building to contact the owner directly.
No, water and electricity are pre-paid, so you pay for what you use.
You can buy pre-paid vouchers using your personal bank (using the app on your phone) or Shoprite, Checkers or many convenient stores sell them too.
It includes sewer, municipal fees and 24/7 security.
Wi-Fi is free in all our common areas (workspace, chill areas, reception).
We do offer Wi-Fi packages for your unit with our preferred service provider.
You can connect your TV to our DSTV plug and play points.
We do allow sharing if your unit is big enough. The lease must be signed by one person who will be responsible for payment.
Yes, there will be a R500 admin fee. This fee may vary depending on the building you are transferring to.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
Our rental is the same amount as your deposit.
To apply we require include 3 months’ bank statement, a recent payslip and an ID copy.
For an example, if you rent a bachelor for R4000 PM. You will need pay, R4000 rental + R4000 deposit + R500 admin fee (once off payment) + R300 monthly levy. The total amount payable is R8800.
We generally don’t offer bi-monthly deposits but check at the building if there is a special running.
Yes, you can but we need your 3 months’ bank statements and an ID copy too.
We require a copy of your passport with permit or Aslam documents including a 3 months’ bank statements.
We don’t accept NSFAS or bursary students.
No, you only get your deposit after a period of 1 year with no interest.
No, you need to complete your 12 month lease in order to receive your deposit.
You need to go to your preferred building, view and select your apartment and pay your deposit.
Yes, you may apply mid-December or make special arrangements with the building manager at the specific building.
